Products & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing information, and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, minor differences in color or appearance may occur depending on your device or screen settings.
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Raaz reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our discretion.
Premade & Pre-Order Items
Products may be available as either premade items or pre-order items.
Premade items are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Pre-order items are generally shipped within 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase. Pre-order timelines are estimates and may occasionally change due to manufacturing, production, quality-control, or fulfillment circumstances.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the additional time required before the order is shipped.
If an order contains both premade and pre-order items, the order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payment is required at the time an order is placed.
We accept the payment methods made available through our checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or the applicable payment provider.
By placing an order, you authorize the payment method provided to be charged for the full amount of your purchase.
Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete, including your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
Raaz is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at raaz.clo.us@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
